Bill Dougherty CPA, CFP Bill Dougherty CPA, PFS, CFP: Owner and principle of Dougherty & Associates and Dougherty & Associates Financial Services Inc., Bill oversees all activities of the firm. Kelly Dicksion, CPA: Kelly is Manager of the Tax Department and heads Business Resource Services at Dougherty & Associates CPAs.
