Dougherty & Associates is a progressive, innovative and growing CPA firm with a great reputation for excellent client service to a diverse clientele. We are a professional, yet relaxed firm (no ties required) which encourages professional development while balancing career goals and family needs.

We offer medical insurance, cafeteria plan, Simple plan, vacation and sick leave. To accommodate personal and family demands, we offer part-time and flex-time hours. We offer a 4-day work week from May through November. This allows D & A staff to take advantage of our beautiful area which provides opportunities for outdoor recreation, the pursuit of personal interests and extensive family time.

Dougherty & Associates caters primarily to small business owners and investors. We provide all levels of tax preparation and strategic planning. Most of our business clients receive year-round service in the form of planning, projections and consulting. Financial planning services are provided by Wealth Management Strategies LLC (WMS) which is our independent financial planning firm. WMS provides retirement and estate planning services to our clients. We design and implement globally diversified passive asset class portfolios using modern portfolio theory. We believe in the passive approach to investing.

Our firm has been experiencing an abundance of growth due to the local bustling economy and the influx of new people moving to our area. We need additional staff to capture that growth. Our professional staff is encouraged to take client control, and become the primary contract. We are continually looking for professionals who want to become owners of the firm.
