William P. "Bill" Dougherty CPA, CFP, PFS is owner and principal of Dougherty & Associates CPA's. An honors graduate of California State University, Chico, Bill has practiced public accounting since 1983. Bill has been a Certified Financial Planner since 1985, and a real estate broker since 1982. Bill holds a Series 65 Securities license, and Dougherty & Associates Financial Services, Inc. is a registered investment advisor.
